NBSE Acts Immediately After Reports Surface Online
In its official statement on Monday, the board confirmed that it has taken serious note of the matter and launched urgent action by registering a police complaint.
NBSE has also appealed to the public to avoid sharing unverified information, cautioning that such posts may mislead students, disturb public order, or hinder the ongoing investigation.
Four Subject Results Put on Hold
While exams for the remaining subjects will continue as planned, the board has directed all registered schools to withhold results for the following papers:

Alternative English
NBSE further stated that a re-examination may be conducted, either across the state or in specific districts, depending on how far the leak has spread.

The board confirmed that next steps will be taken based on the investigating agency’s findings, ensuring accountability and maintaining the credibility of the examination system.
DNSU Demands Strong Action Against Responsible Teacher
The Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU) has strongly condemned the alleged leak of Class 11 question papers.
In its statement, the union demanded the immediate termination of the teacher accused of involvement and urged authorities to take strict legal action without delay.
